All refunds must be requested via email seven days prior to training. A refund will be given, less a $18.00 service charge. Refunds will be given electronically to the participant within 15 business days.
No refunds will be processed for students who have accessed or started any portion of the online coursework.
If the student does not begin or complete the course within the one-year time frame, a refund will not be granted.
All refunds for canceled training by Go Learn Now will be sent a notification via email or telephone. A full refund will be given within 15 business days of the training cancelation.
